The nurse said to slowly build exercise back up but no running until 12 weeks too. I’m 13wpo and I’m back running, I’m wearing a reallt supportive sports bra and sometimes I wear my macom, it’s amazing as a sports bra!

The feeling when I take my bra off is really strange and no sooner it’s off I want it back on. It’s not painful or anything just feels strange. I know it’s a massive change to my body and I’m going to have to get used to it haha won’t be too hard I’m sure.
