By the time bubba is born you would have been 1 year kinda and I doubt MUCH will happen that’s negative.
Try speaking to your surgeon or the nurse at the possible risks etc. They may become bigger which is a good thing! but make sure you are fully supported with compression bras or sports bras.

To give you a guideline my friend had 325cc and is a DD. I myself wanted to aim for a DD but I’m actually an E/F. You’ll never be an exact size post op. It’s mad how the sizes work. But maybe 225-300cc??? I had 400cc to give me my size and my friend 325cc so I hope this helps. X
