I found it a hard to put my car in reverse (it must use a muscle that was cut 😂) but other than that was ok. I was a bit more achey that evening though xx

The swelling went down after 4 days so I’m feeling less like a beached whale!! My boobs feel normal now, no pain or acheiness, but I have got an ache in my armpit! Defo normal xx
