After the op you get tea and toast as you come round. Then the evening meal is either a wrap, salad or sandwich/baguette. Then you get tea and toast again the next morning.

I had to loose a bit of weight first before being able to go through with the Vaser Lipo (to help with skin tightness) Marcellino was very upfront about it haha…also didn’t want to rush into it.
