Really killed the pain and helped with the swelling so the strapping was less tight. I did this form day 2 I’m now day 5 and have stopped taking the pain killers and can breathe a lot easier. I did that from my 2nd day and I swear it’s helped loads with the pain. I’m day 5 and haven’t took any painkillers at all today, just get the odd tingling xxx
