How did people decide what size to get? I’m looking on Amazon at cheaper ones and it says based on my Hem or the circumference under my boobs I’m an XL-XXL. But based on my current cup size (32A) I’m a Medium. I have no idea what size to get!!

This is probably really random but one thing I really enjoy is low impact swimming. How long after surgery have people gotten back in a pool. Everywhere I read says about 4 weeks post op.
