Has anyone had a BA by Mr Schiavone??? I’ve been offered this surgeon but it’s not the origonal surgeon my PC and I spoke about and I so i’m a bit worried about going to meet him without hearing anything about him at all… Someone help please xxx

Hi I had shiovoni. He is very nice but i only had him as it was too late to start looking for someone else. I was booked in with Russo till he was struck off.
I wasn’t given any information on shiovoni and Havn’t seen any of his work. I’m just over 3 months post ba now xx
Ah okay, I was origonally given Russo’s name and wasn’t nervous as I had heard a lot of good things about him. How did your operation go and are you happy with the results? xx
Yeah unfortunately Russo was struck off in June and can currently no longer do any work. I really wanted him as he’s so easy to find information about.
My op went reallyu well,my body took to the implants great. I had no bruising and very minimal pain it was just discomfort really and a very stiff feeling. It is really hard to get in and out of bed or get comfortable.
I had under the muscle which I was adamant I wanted because its lower risk with complications and hides the crease of the implant better. I didn’t want to look fake.
I had asked for results of a dd-e size but I’ve not got that I’m about a c. I was not told that having it under the muscle you loose some of the implant volume as it is held tightly under the muscle,I just assumed I had explained a size I wanted and I would get that.
What was suggested for you and size etc ? Xx
Ah that’s good, glad your op went well. Hopefully mine will go the same when I go ahead with it. I’ll make sure I keep that in mind when I go to meet the surgeon incase he suggests under the muscle because I don’t want them to look fake either. I haven’t been given a size yet as i’ve only been for the initial consultation with my PC, should be meeting Mr Schiavone some time next month though as surgery date will be in the Christmas break hopefully. I don’t have any idea of what cup size I would like to achieve, I just know what proportion I would like, hopefully he will get it right! Have you asked for a re-op at all or are you sticking with the size he has given you? xx
I’m not sure on a re-op yet as I saved for a long time to pay what I have already, I feel it is there fault really and I’ve not got what I paid for. I would like a re-op to achieve what I had asked for but then I am lucky they worked at all and they do look good.

Ooh, it’s worth asking your surgeon as when I spoke to my PC she said that there’s always a chance of re-op if you’re unhappy because that was one thing I was worried about. If I were you i’d look into speaking to your PC to see if there’s any way of arranging a meeting with the surgeon to discuss that you’re unhappy with the final result. Thankyou!
