Well it’s when I wear a normal bra … it’s a standard Gossard T-Shirt bra, the edge of the left implant sticks out into my cleavage!

Another reason you have to sleep at a 45 degree angle is to prevent fluid build up, and if there’s any excess it’ll drain … sounds lovely doesn’t it!
