Why did you want the procedure?

I wanted the procedure done because i hated the look of my nose from the side view, i had a bump that made me insecure and i would hate to look in the mirror on a daily basis.
Why did you choose MYA?

I chose MYA because once i left the consultation I was happy with my surgeon and booked it straight away.
The surgeon made me feel at ease, talked me through the procedure was upfront about everything.
How was your consultation?

My consultation was more than i expected, all the questions i had wanted to ask the surgeon was answered before i got the chance to ask.
Everything seemed at ease and a straight forward consultation
How was the day of your procedure?

The day of the procedure was exciting i had no nerves, i knew i was in safe hands with my surgeon.
From going into my own room to being put back in the same room once the operation has been completed, all the staff were amazing, they talked me through everything and spoke to me to make me feel at ease. The nurse i had who looked after me once the operation was completed was a god sent, she could not of done enough for me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
How was your recovery?

My recovery was amazing, i did not feel any pain apart from aching for first few days so i took the tablets.
My recovery did not feel i had a major operation on my nose, i felt ok and the recovery got easier day by easy.
I had brusing on my eyes and a bit of swelling but nothing that was to bad.
Are you happy with your results?

Overall i am so happy i went with MYA i could not of asked for a better company overall.
Every department made me feel so at ease and if in the future i wanted anymore procedures i would go back to MYA.
