The incision is so small too 🙂
The nurse said they are really swollen still and rock hard.
Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce the swelling please?

Today the nurse has rung and told me to wear my sports bra over my strapping. I put my Macom bra on but it feels tighter and alot more restricting. Do I have to wear it? Or can I just have the strapping on until it’s removed on Monday?

I am having my Breast Augmentation tomorrow with Dr Frati, I have been given my admission time for 7am. Today I have been feeling sooo nervous but also excited.
Im wondering what do I need to take in my bag? Its a day stay so im not really sure what I would need :s
