I would definitely go for hp. I had moderate first time round and even thought it took me from a b cup to an e cup, they didn’t look it. I have 500hp overs now going from 380 unders. Most defo go for hp x

Yes there is a big difference 😁 really happy. Recovery was a lot easier this time round. I’d say defo go for it! I don’t think you will be disappointed x

Hi. Iv had both under and over the muscle. For me over has given a more natural look. Previously had unders and they didn’t move naturally at all also ended up with breast tissue falling away from the implant making them look very saggy. Im much happier now with overs.

Hi I had 500 hp overs which has now taken me to a GG/ H cup.. if your going under the muscle I would go for the 700 x

Overs most defo get bigger! Measured a 34g 4 months after surgery and now 11 months on am measuring 34hh x

I didn’t think so at first but 10 months on I can tell the difference! And they are still changing now. I went from under to overs and I still feel like they are getting bigger. Was a g cup after surgery and in the past couple of months have gone up another cup size. They are definitely much better 2nd time round x

I’m 9 months po with 500hp overs. They have been perfect until a few days ago when iv noticed my left side is round but right side has lost roundness and some.upper pole fullness. Does anyone know what is wrong? Will I need revision on my right side?

I was an f cup before my second ba. Never expected to end up a GG by going up just 120ccs! Love them now tho x

Most definitely! Have more projection and a more round shape. Had my first ba 14 years ago. So glad surgeon advised a different profile and placement. What are you thinking of changing to? x

Hi louise, I had my 2and ba in june last year. Went from 380mhp unders to 500 hp overs. I wanted 550 but surgeon wouldn’t allow me any bigger in case of sagging. I’m happy with my results and am now wearing 34GG bra x

I currently have 380cc understanding but am changing to 500hp overs. Will this make much difference to size and shape??? Panicking that they won’t look any different! Advice and any pics please girls would be much appreciated
