handy little tip ladies … you have to sleep uprright for few few weeks depending on your surgeon advice .. so i bought one of those beanie travel pillows ..what a godsend ! .. saved me many sleepless nights and so comfy .. also keep up with your painkillers .. day 5 my pain peaked .. after that it was day by day better and better 😀 good luck ! xx

hi rebecca ive just been on my ebay to check the seller it was.. fmluk …. micro bead travel neck pillow aeroplane car travel soft cushion with popper it was 5.99 and its large ..beware of other ones on ebay they come up quite small .. hope you get sorted if you message him and tell him you need it after surgery he sends straight away xx

hi hun just got it off the internet ebay .. i got the one that has a velvet finish .. so comfy ..and i messaged them they sent it next day .. cost me about 8.99 it has a white little prestood to fasten it at front keeps it on for you xx

hi emily .. take comfy clothes to go home in .. a zip up hoodie as you will have difficulty moving your arms after surgery .. slippers for the walk to theatre .. dressing gown .. and also if you can buy one of those beanie travel pillows ..they’re the best thing ever as having to sleep upright is a real pain ! .. saved me lots of sleepless…[Read more]

buy one of those beanie travel pillows ..because after surgery you have to sleep upright for few weeks ! .. a godsend it was to me.. i got the one that buttoned together .. i literally slept with that on forever … and also have everything within arms reach ready for when you get home at side of you ..good luck i am 12 weeks post op ! best thing…[Read more]
