      I had mr traynor. I got offered biggest size 410 but went for the 385 so id defo go for the biggest or the one down. Trust what ur surgeon says! I had the naturele moderate/high profile ones. In my consultation I just said I wanted to be a D, DD and he told me that would be fine for my frame but he wouldn’t recommend going any bigger than a DD, said I wanted to still look natural. He told me my boobs would be exactly like they are now just bigger and fuller and that’s true. X
