I’ve been thinking about having breast enlargement for some time and finally went to my consultation in Birmingham on the 14/01/17. Was thinking about 450CC implants and over the muscle. After meeting with my surgeon –  Andrea Giannitrapani – he has advised – 450CC and unders.
