I had my consultation at Newcastle, couldn’t have asked for nicer people, Julie carried out my consultation and helped me choose my implants. She knew exactly what i wanted and made me feel relaxed from the moment i walked through the door. My surgeon is Dr Traynor, hes down to earth, straight to the point and tells it how it is. Exactly what i needed and advised me of the best implants for my frame. Had my pre-op with Becky, she was lovely and have spoken to her a few times since for advise. The staff are always happy to talk to you no matter when you call.
