Ok so I’m wearing a shock absorber sports bra from Debenhams black/white i couldn’t get the red/black as sold out in my size. Ive done a few gym classes and feel like their bouncing a bit when i jump up and down, does anyone recommend another sports bra on top of this one or a different one completely. Many thanks xx

Hi there I’m 3 months PO and i bought the Macom its front fastening and so much easier, don’t know why they would recommend back fastening as when i went for my consultation they actually advertise the Macom in the consultation room. I also bought an M&S sports bra which zips up the front but for me, Macom all the way, i still wear mine now for bed xx

Hi girls in 13 weeks PO and the past couple of days my left breast has been sore, its behind the implant, nipple area, like a constant shooting pain. Ive gone back to the gym and only just started doing a few weights but nothing really heavy. Does anyone else suffer this or had this pain. I hope I’m not damaging mt implants xx

Hi there my surgeon (Dr Traynor) told me not to lose too much weight afterwards as you may see the implant and you could get rippling xx

I had 415 with Dr Traynor 7 weeks ago and got measured last weekend. Debenhams measured me at 30G and Boux Avenue 32F, just depends where you go xx

I had a bad experience when i had my consultation with Transform, Mya are wonderful and i haven’t looked back. As for prices in sure Mya would price match and you would get much better service and after care xx

Hi i have my tongue pierced, i took mine out just as the nurse took me down to theatre, i was back in my room within an hour and the hole had started to close under my tongue, i pushed the bar through and it didn’t hurt, think i was prob still a bit out of it. Not sure about a plastic bar i was told to remove all piercings xx

Its every little lump and bump, I’m so paranoid. I was the same about my incisions but was surprised, there very neat and ok to look at, you’ll be fine

Thanks Gemma ive rang the nurse and shes reassured me, I’m gonna wait until Monday when i have my 6 week check. Hopefully its nothing but i have to keep an eye on it for other symptoms. I could feel myself filling up on the phone, I’m a right worrier xx

Hi we are more or less same stats, i had Dr Traynor 14th Jan, 415cc, got measured today, a week early and I’m measuring at a 30G!! I don’t think mine look that big but they are a lot fuller than they were xx

I would be very careful girls, i went back after 1 week and haven’t done any lifting, pulling, pushing or anything since. If I’ve tried it hasn’t felt very comfortable and I’m 4 weeks PO. They tell you 6 weeks for a reason. Look after your breasts xx
