I think as long as u take t easy you will be fine but u can’t do any strenuous work so if u squat and stiff u will have 2 do iy without weights and u can’t do any arm or chest workouts x

I would sat go for it and try and book the earliest appointment u can as the longer u leave it u will drive yourself crazy with fear.

The consultation is fine they just explain the implants they use and what surgeon they will put u with and u have to do a medical questionnaire x
