I had Dr Frati and had the same size .. 400 and 375 due to uneven breasts originally. I am 12 days post op now and the size seems perfect for me. I am quite bottom heavy anyway with my shape so it has evened my out nicely.
I would advise to trust him! He really knows what he is talking about xx

I was told I could shower 8dpo when I had my strapping off and I also had my dressings taken off and was told I didn’t need to get them recovered as they were dry and healing well.
I think it may depend on how well the incisions have healed xx

Had my strapping removed today and I am soo pleased! I am 1 week post op and had 375 (L) and 400 (L) to even out the breasts. Left one was biggest originally and seems most swollen at the top and still need to drop more.
