I’m with you on this one girls I’m 4 weeks PO and it’s so uncomfortable it’s driving me crazy I can feel my nipples I never lost sensation but still numb under them every time I move they become erect. I’m wondering is it friction or part of healing of the healing process ….xx

Yeh same went in the bath night before washed my hair and body as normal didn’t moisturise…. when the nurse took me to my room she gave me my gown and knickers and said you wear them they don’t go on your head, apparently a few people put them on their head thinking it was a hair net hahaha how funny 🙂 xx

@sophia I’m exactly the same it’s been red hot last few days and my nips have been sticking out I’m really paranoid, at least when I had no boobs my padded bra would hide them. when I’m at work I use abit of gauze dressing. I found the round pads didn’t hide mine…x

I’m 9DPO and I’m the same. Put my skinny jeans on today and had to take them off again cause I couldn’t faster them. 🙁 it went down yesterday but back today xx

I go to turkey in June I’ll be 10 weeks post op and before I booked my op I made sure everything would be ok and my pc said as long as I have sun cream on and keep my scars covered there wouldn’t be a problem.x

@char-day Hi the Mya bra’s are really comfy and really good for my incisions as the band has got a bit of padding in. Yeh they are clasp fastening but at the back I have also found the Asda post op bra really comfy too I wear these while I wash my others.xx

Hi @rachel2907 I’m 6DPO and I had slight chest wall asymmetry which meant my left was a little bigger than my right my surgeon recommended that I had 350cc hp in my bigger boob and 375cc hp in my smaller boob my results are amazing you can’t tell. Hi @amywalk4 I’m 6DPO and omg the bloat is unreal so uncomfortable isn’t it I actually look pregnant. I’ve heard peppermint tea and tonic water help it I’m at the nurse tomorrow so I’m going to ask her if she can suggest anything else xx

@leahrodgers20 hello I washed all my bra’s and the pillow cases that came with my v pillow, my pj’s and my blanket lol.. I was like you though didn’t want any cause for infection i washed all my bedding day before too… crazy I know but don’t want to risk anything..I only hand washed my bras though xx

@cheryl123 I’m 2DPO and my op was at Preston 2 1/2 hrs drive and was advised to stay close just in case and as much as I was ok and prob could have drove back home it was reassuring I was close by.. the hotel was only £39 xx

@natalie-2 · Hi I’m ok today just rested all day apart from going to the loo which is a struggle to get up. I’m the same want a proper wash not a wet wipe one lol had ice on the boobs today to help with the swelling… hope your feeling a little better and pain is getting easier xx

@claireglover93 hello My nurse told me that when everything is ok they tend not to ring you as if that was the case they would have a lot of people to contact, she said treat it as no news is good news and it was for me as they didn’t contact me and I had my op yesterday..hope this helps xx

@chelseaw Hi Chelsea I’ve just had my surgery yesterday with Mr Mounir and I couldn’t be happier I had 350/375 over the muscle and I know it’s early but I certainly don’t have the “stuck on look “ he even said I’d get a better clevege with over I’ll try and upload a pic for you xx

I had my op yesterday I had overs and my incisions and sore and tingling and everything is so tight and swollen my v and neck pillow has helped so much and keeping topped up on meds I’m making sure I rest loads my hubby and daughter have been amazing.. hope you have a speedy recovery xx

Hello it’s my op day today and I bathed last night and washed my hair as normal and washed with soap.. you can’t use deodarent or moisturiser though xx

@darylh I I’ve been advised not to do total warrior as the nurse thinks it’s abit soon she said she ideally want me to have seen my surgeon post op before doing anything like that and that’s at 12 weeks, I’m gutted but not going to risk anything x

@issie I’m the same my pc told me to buy sun block for my scars and keep them covered but other than that she doesn’t see why I won’t be able to go. I was offered March but with my shifts at work I couldn’t and I’ve also got a wedding to go to so it just wasn’t the best time for me.xx

My first consultation with pc was the 9th of feb and I booked my op date for the 12th of April I did put down a deposit though to secure date I was offered March but it was a bit too soon for me to prepare. Also I go away 26th of June so I needed to be in good time before my hol xx
