I’d highly recommend a front fastening one as it’d be quite hard to reach your back and put it on after your surgery. But this one gave me great support and it was really comfortable 🙂

Your surgeon might have picked moderate for you due to your chest measurements 🙂 they do settle into a more natural position though after a few weeks so hopefully you’ll get the results you were after 🙂
