I had overs with no problems . I wanted a cleavage and my surgeon advised overs as you end u with boobs further apart if they’re already quite far art with unders as the muscle pushes them outwards . Really happy with mine as I had a huge gap before x

I had 400 in one And 430 in other . UHP overs
Surgeon recommended UHP as I plan on losing weight . Less chance of rippling with UHP x

I’ve not had similar size but if your breasts are far apart already then unders will make them look far apart too as advised my my surgeon so I had overs . I have a naturally wide breast bone but ow I have a cleavage without a bra so ecstatic

I’m losing weight so my ps advised go biggest offered but UHP as less chance of rippling with UHP . The certainly don’t look too stuck on or anything most people say I look really natural X

I have noticed my left boob (your right) looks square shaped towards then end its really weird . Would any of you be concerned or know why this is ? It’s slightly sore when doing things but not painful . Thankyou

You can have shallow bath on day 1 and keep bra on to save any splashes getting on both one just incase x
