Hi, cud be that your not using all of your lungs to breath due to the pain or discomfor so your body is compensating. Try breathing using your stomach muscles and relax and it shud pass x

Im same height as u and got 470s which on my frame dont look massice at all, i cvud easily have pulled off 525s, i had 435s with my first boob job and they were only 36d, so i say go for it first time round x
