Those are the best push up bras I’ve found in DD+.
The Chloe comes in plunge or balconette, I find the plunge gives more of a push up effect x

I went for the Niya bra at Bravissimo. It’s really supportive but also has a nice plunge shape x

Initially I just went for fairly simple bras. Your boobs will continue to change for a long while beyond 7 weeks so I’d advise get a few staples and then get lacy and pretty ones a bit later on. I’ve found bravissimo bras most comfy so far xx

Overs, as you have enough breast tissue for them. Unders are for when there is very little breast tissue to cover an implant. Have you seen a surgeon yet? The over/under decision is usually best left to them x

Yeah definately! I know a few girls that have seen 2 or 3 within mya before making a decision. I only saw 1 surgeon as he could give me what I wanted, but I’d definately seen some more if I was in your position xx

Hey, regarding rippling, if you have it with a 315 implant i would imagine it would be worse with a larger implant as the implant weight can cause rippling.
You’ll have to see surgeons have a proper assessment of your chest, skin etc to see if they think you’d be able to take that size. Some surgeons will happily take it on and others will say…[Read more]

Book a consult with a patient coordinator, your initial consultation will be to get an idea of what you want/need and they will suggest which surgeon would be best for you. xx

I would’t have thought it would rupture, particularly if your implants are the cohesive silicone gel like MYA use now. Does it feel any better now a few days have passed? If not, just call your nurse/ the aftercare x

She’s talking crap, don’t listen to it. Some of the women in M&S seem to have issues with boob jobs so they feed you rubbish like that.
You just need to try on loads of different bras and shapes and see whats right for you. Like mine look great in a plunge bra but weird in a balconette bra.

I haven’t had an uplift but my advice would be to book a few more consultations with other surgeons. Don’t mention that one you’ve seen has advised and uplift and see what they say. If another surgeon has the same opinion without any prompting I would definitely go with their advice of an uplift too. They’ll know whats best for you in the long run xx

MYA only use Mentor implants as far as i know and they don’t let you talk about non MYA surgeries on the forum, probably why you’re not having much luck getting info.

Netri doesn’t work from London. He only works from Pall Mall (near Manchester) and First Trust (Preston) hospitals, not Fitzroy.

Overs CAN change a lot as they settle. Everyone’s experience will be different but your boobs will continue to change til 6 months and beyond! I would say wait until you’re at least 6 weeks to gauge how they’ll settle. Mine seemed big, then small from week 2 – 5, then started getting bigger again!? Yeah book it and put in the reg number and its all done. They’ll send you a confirmation and instructions of how to get there, exact address etc. You just go to the barrier and it recognises your reg and opens.
They send you a reminder like the day before too, as if you need reminding about it! Lol x

Ah yeah I just checked my receipt and it was £12.50 for the full day. £8 was another time I used it for a shorter day.

check with your surgeon as they all allow different things. Nose/ lip/ tongue should be removed completely due to choking risk while under anaesthetic. Belly and ears should be fine with a plastic retainer. Nipples obviously should come out.
Some surgeons though want everything out, even the plastic retainers.

Hi Lucy, if you ordered your Macom yesterday you should definately have it for Tuesday. I’ve had 3 deliveries from them and they’ve all come within 2 days, so a Thursday order should come Saturday or by Monday at the latest x

I love your honest account of things! I have similar stats to you and must say my recovery was very similar as I got worse day 2 -5 or 6 too! No breastband though as I had overs, but I’ve grown to quite like Macoms now, can’t imagine life with a real bra! I’m 3.5 weeks post op now. Your boobs are looking fab! Xx

You have a cannula, usually in your hand and breath some oxygen too. Its all done very quickly and doesn’t hurt, its nothing to worry about x

You honestly don’t need a lot at all.
I took –
– Spare knickers
– Macom bra
– Wore joggers, hoody and sliders on the way to wear back too
– Hair tie with no metal
– Cushion to put between you and the seatbelt afterwards (to leave in car)
– Bottles of water (perhaps just me but I thought the water at fitzroy tasted gross!)

As others have suggested, i would go with a mod plus profile but bigger volume implant so they sit closer together, closing the gap, but still give you projection .

Not gonna lie, wiping after going to the toilet (number 2) was painful! But I had big implants. Its a good job you get constipated post op cos I don’t think i’d have been able to do it the first few days!

My admission was 07.30 i went to theatre around 08.40. Try to sneak a peak at the receptionists theatre schedule when you get there.
You have to stay in for a minimum of 4 hours after a GA.
