Thanks Fran. Yeah each surgeon advises different, I could shower after day 1, was told I could take shallow baths also but never asked when I could have a soak, will ring them tomorrow. Will check out the cream thanks, when were you told you could start using it? X

Hi ladies. Can anyone tell me how long after your op you are allowed to have a proper soak in the bath! I’m 6WPO, just been showering everyday since but would love a good soak!
Also when can we start applying scar fading creams/oils and can anyone recommend anything.

I had mine done with spire Elland. Couldn’t fault them. I had 315 teardrop unders. I’m 6WPO at the mo and couldn’t be happier. I was fine to go back to work after 2 weeks, don’t get me wrong it wasn’t easy but I managed it. Xx

Well today was the day, had to be here for 7.30, had my GA at 9am, was back in my room for 12!
Had 315 cc partial teardrops. So pleased with the results so far. Any questions please ask. Xxx

Hi ladies, having my op 2 weeks today!!!!
I’m going for 315 teardrop partial unders, it’s only now I’m worrying if I’m making the right decision! I wanted a really natural look. Does anyone have any pics please of a similar size! I’ve read a few post here recently of ladies wishing they’d gone bigger!
I’m 5ft 6, 8st 10lb. Xx

Hi Samantha, I’m having mine done on the 1st Feb! Exciting isn’t it?!
My surgeon advised not to spend a fortune on post surgery bras, he said asda do a front zip one which is perfect and very comfortable apparently, unfortunately they don’t have any in the size I need so I bought one of eBay, £8! Feels comfy, supportive and not too restricting.…[Read more]

Hi ladies, I’m due to have my op on the 1st Feb……excited muchly!!! Just wondering if any of you are keen runners? I currently run 4-5 times a week, having 8 weeks off is going to kill me!
Did you wait the full 8 weeks and how did it feel when you went for your first run post op? Can you recommend a certain bra to train in?
