Hey, I had 300cc unders done 3 months ago by Mr Marcelino. Moderate profile. I was a flat 32a but now measure 32DD (I think I look more like a large C). I’ll add some pics which should show you the change. I’m really happy so far and they still need to drop and fluff as my chest muscles have proven to be really strong lol.

Sorry to hear you’re in such pain. I was in horrendous pain for a week then moderate pain for another week or so. Nights were awful and if I had any movement in my chest or simply any strain if I moved a millimetre it was unbearable. Hi, I’m 4 days post op and thought it was only me in agony! I’m sorry you are having such a hard time too, but it’s nice to know I’m not the only one.
