Maybe try an M&S bra, they have some great supportive ones which are more forgiving in style than a sports bra? or even just a soft tshirt bra? I think if you want the healing process to be as best as possible i wouldnt go braless before 6 weeks

Hi I had 360cc moderate round overs and I’ve had similar stats (though I was nearer an A than a B) and honestly i love them, I dont think 375 would be too big at all especially if you are going under! Hi almost 3 weeks PO and loving my boobs, still got a little numbness underneath both which is slowly going, however both my nipples are still incredibly sensitive and it’s making them feel sore. Isn’t an awful lot to be done but wondered if anyone else experienced the same sort of thing and how long it took for them to go back to normal?

I’ve been told i’m allowed to shower after 48 hours as long as i avoid getting the dressing/stitching wet best as i can, then use a cold setting on hair dryer to dry off the dressing straight after. Just speak to your coordinator about it for advice.

Anyone had around 360cc over the muscle, round moderate implants? If so would appreciate photos!! Keep seeing sooo many high profile, but I have quite broad shoulders, and the moderate give a little more width and surgeon felt that would be best for me, which I trust! Hi Megan thank you for the advice, i’ve seen girls who’ve opted larger and i don’t think the outcome made them seem chunkier, but when it was said to me, it proper made me worry! Glad to hear yours have worked out fab, I feel exactly the same regarding the boy body thing! just can’t wait to feel curvy and balanced haha
