Hi @tbaker. I had 320cc uhp unders from a 32a. I’m 5’3 size 6-8 just over 8 stone. I’m now a 32dd. I don’t have pics on my phone to attach but if you search ‘320cc uhp’ on the forum you’ll see a few posts where i’ve attached pics x

Hi @beccaba45. You will be able to train your chest, it’ll just take a lot longer to get back into it. I had unders and still struggle with flyes but I’m 100% ok with bench press. – If you’re 6wpo I’m guessing you can use fake tan now. Think it’s only not recommended when you have open scars still.
– Normal bras are ok from 6 weeks aren’t they(?) so a strapless one would be fine too but I’d only recommend wearing it if you need to, not as an everyday bra. I didn’t wear a normal bra til 10wpo as d&f hadn’t…[Read more]

Hi @paigechloee. I’ve just looked back on the forum and seen that you had unders. Apparently unders are usually partials so they’re not fully under the muscle, hence why you can feel it. What do you mean by bunching up? Like out of shape? I can feel mine, and if I push on them they move up under the muscle xx

I found that unless they have a tie back like a triangle bikini then they’d fit on the cup but the band was too big. Boux avenue do some nice ones but they’re a little pricey for me. @jo93-2 I had 320cc from a 32A so was expecting to go up at least a couple of cup sizes. If you had unders it could be that they hadn’t dropped much at that point so wouldn’t measure properly. I’d definitely try a few other places if you’re not 100% sure xx

Hi @jo93-2. Boux avenue is usually recommended on here. I was measured at m&s myself at around 9 weeks and it was actually really accurate for me, although the woman did seem very experienced as she was explaining how the measurements work etc. She measured me as 32DD and I was a 30E at Boux avenue which is the sister size. xx

I was a 32A and I’m 32DD/30E now. I think because they’re under the muscle they’re squashed down a bit so they don’t look as fake as they probably would if they were overs xx

Hi @amyrookes. I had 320cc uhp unders so only a tiny bit bigger than what you’ve been offered. I was a 32a and now measure 32dd/30e. I’ll admit they did look stuck on for a while but they dropped really well and look natural now. I’ve attached pics if it helps. My surgeon was Mr Mounir xx

Around 12 weeks I think, I think I had strong muscles as I do pole. Have you worn a normal bra yet? It’s surprising how much bigger they look compared to wearing a sports bra! X

I think it’s to do with chest diameter. Hp has more diameter and less projection than uhp with same size implants so basically uhp will stick out more and you’ll have less side boob. I’ve not got a bra pic, will take one when I get home x

I really wouldn’t worry at this point, especially as they’re both the same. If one was a lot higher than the other then it could be an issue, but even then some people’s drop at different times. I wouldn’t worry for another few weeks. They look the same as mine did at that point. Do you have strong chest muscles because of gym etc? Can sometimes take implants longer to drop because of that x

Hi @kateld. I can’t remember exactly. I went bra shopping at 7wpo and couldn’t find any to fit me properly so I’m guessing it was a couple of weeks after that. The pic above (bottom on d&f) is from 12wpo. It was the first week that I felt they looked even as one had been more swollen than the other up to that point x

I’m 23wpo. Those d&f pics were from either 9 or 12wpo. I’ve not taken any pics since then as they’d fully dropped by that point and haven’t really changed since x

I was due my 12 week appointment mid December with Mr Mounir but didn’t have it until the end of January due to Christmas etc. I didn’t have any problems apart from swelling still in my right boob so actually thought it was better as it gave them more time to settle. I think if there’s any issues they would fit you in sooner x

Hi @mollieabbott. I had partials 5 months ago (32a to 32dd) and they don’t jiggle but they’re not rock solid either. When I go running I don’t feel them move and when I take my bra off they stay put. It’s difficult to explain lol. They’re hard to begin with but soften up after a few weeks. Can’t imagine my answer has helped haha x

@littleh thanks! My surgeon was mr mounir. I didn’t have too much pain or discomfort, daytime’s were fine, sleeping was uncomfortable and getting up and about first thing was a bit painful. Days 2-5 were the worst and after that it was fine x

I’m over 20wpo now and still have a number right nipple/lower boob. The left has always been ok. They also feel cold to touch when I take my bra off, almost like the implants keep my body heat away from my boobs haha x

Hi guys. I’m over 20wpo now and my incisions are still not quite in the crease. They were about 1cm out for quite a while. Apparently they don’t always end up in the crease but once the scars fade it’s hardly noticeable. My scars are still quite red and I feel a pulling on one of the incisions when exercising still. Hi @celiss17. Dual plane is the same as partials. I had 320cc uhp partials from a 32a and am now 32dd. Are you sure they’re hp? I think the size is 325, not 320 if it’s hp. You might want to check that x
