I have an event coming up in a week and I’m so fed up of wearing the Macom bra all the time it really limits all the outfits I can wear.

Green tea and peppermint tea especially really help with the bloating. Also if you can manage it try to walk around a little bit, it helps with getting your digestive system back on track x
