I had 410cc under muscle 7 years ago took me to a e cup, 2 kids since my boobs are not filling a d cup!

Is the pain worse second time? Recovery the same? And how much did you pay in comparison with your first ba? Been told mixed things about costs was hoping to pay around 4000 same as first time around?
