Some surgeons don’t use strapping I had my surgery a few weeks ago at mya and didn’t have strapping If you do take your strapping off just make sure you have a sports bra but call the nurse to see if you can take it off I’m so glad I didn’t have strapping seems so uncomfortable x

Hey hun I had the exact same problem my right arm I couldn’t even move if it was terrible but I promise you It gets better just be patient and within a few days you will be back to normal x I felt normal after 12 days x

I’m sure they will offer sizes on the day I was meant to have 350cc but on the day I asked to go slightly bigger and got 375cc lol so I’m sure it will be ok… 375cc are perfect not too big and not too small x

First day I was fine walking around cleaning doing whatever day 2 upto day 6 I was in the worst pain ive ever experienced so try relax and take it easy just in case lol but everyone’s different I guess I’m around 11 days post op and I feel so perfect now x

Hey hun I think everyone heals differently like for me the first day I was fine no pain at all but second third and fourth day was HELLLLLLL I could barely move I was so weak and it was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. Just make sure you have someone with you to help you and im sure you’ll be fine x
