I realise your post was quite some time ago now but I was wondering if you went ahead with this procedure? I have been looking to find someone who has had open surgery with Dr Frati but it has proven to be quite difficult as everyone seems to have had a closed. I would be really keen to hear how you got on if this went ahead 🙂
