OMG Rachel that must have killed!!!!!! What nurse was it? The one with darkish wavy hair in ponytail? My right one has already started softening compared to the left. They will be fine and they always look better in bikini top or vest top. X

Great! I’ve still got the horrible sticky residue from the strapping glue and because my sports bra is black my skin now looks disgusting lol! I am hoping the clinic on Tuesday has some kind of remover to get rid of that!! I will upload a pic now- be warned, they’re all out!!! And Jo, let us know how u get on once strapping is removed! X

Hi girls, I’m feeling great now! Have had any painkillers for 2-3 days and I was only taking ibuprofen anyway. I done something bad last night, I was so frustrated with the strapping and close to tears as it was burning etc that I took the top part off!!! Regarding the strapping- a nurse just rang me as apparently I’d called MYA and asked one to call me back- that’s not the case at all lol,but whilst she was on phone I asked some questions: earliest they can take your strapping off is 6 days PO, the itching is a sign it’s all healing properly, burning sensations are common and she said to try to…[Read more]

Hi Rachel and Jo, I’m feeling ok in myself, I’m still taking pain killers (didn’t want the ones they usually give u as a lot have said they make u feel sick) so I’m just taking the nurofen liquid capsules 3 or 4 times a day, the antibiotics 4 times a day and also arnica every few hours. I definitely don’t want to take the strapping off yet as it’s too early but I was wondering about just the bra, as in leaving the sports bra off in the day but have it on at night? It’s just rubbing so much on my arm pits and the mole and then it’s hard to move away as it keeps going back! X

Just seen you had 460, I had 450 one side and 485 the other, I expected them to be massive but they’re not,
