I’m not with MYA but my surgeon removed mine after a week and said I can shower etc as normal, as wetting the stitches helps to dissolve them x

I’m 3 weeks post op and my nipples are sooooo sore? Is this normal?
I feel like I’ve recovered pretty well, I’m not in any pain anymore, just the odd ache here and there if I lift something heavy, but my nipples especially after a shower hurt so much to touch!
When will this start wearing off? X

Yeah my surgeon told me if I had a cold or even a cold sore they couldn’t operate, it was something to do with the infection wanting to escape through the cuts, can’t remember exactly x
