When I pushed on the crease/pocket that was concerning me, it just felt like swelling/fluid – I could not feel the implant there. Your boyfriend must have just seen some pics of unders that were soon after postop to think that. Under the muscle implants are supposed to be the most natural looking (for MOST preop breast types). Here are mine around 1-2 weeks postop – originally a 32A preop, with 350cc high profile under the muscle implants

Hi! I think rule of thumb typically is 150-200cc = one full cup size. I had 350cc high profile unders. I’m 5’8” 9 stone and was a 32a. Here are my current results – I haven’t been measured but I fit a C bra fully and could guess perhaps a D in some brands.

@chloe my recovery with unders was not bad at all! Like @diana, I think I was uncomfortable and sore for the first handful of days and needed help getting up, laying down, putting on clothes, etc., but a lot of that was just because of wanting to restrict my movement so I wouldn’t mess anything up and just preventing myself from making any moves…[Read more]

Hi @chloe – I have some similar stats, I’m 5’8” and about 9 stone and was a small 32A. I had slightly larger implant than you were offered, though, with 350cc high profile unders. Here are my results at about 1 wk postop.

Hi! I had my op (under the muscle) on Friday and was back at work feeling fine for a desk job four days later. A week later and aside from minor soreness managed by over the counter stuff, I’m completely back to normal! You should be fine!

I’m actually in the US so I had mine done here! If you have Instagram, follow blogger/influencer Claire Guentz – I know she went from a AA to a DD with 425cc and she has lots of pics in sports bras and bikinis especially if you scroll down to last summer in her Instagram feed!

One week after I was able to do dusting/cleaning surfaces. I just took care doing it and moving my body a lot so I didn’t have to reach around as much. bottom left of the implant – instead of being fully round there’s a line where it seems like there is some sort of separation maybe? I can’t tell if it is fluid or the implant.

Hi all, you may be getting sick of me but need some reassurance or honest opinions. I’m 4 days postop and my right breast looks good, but noticed my left one looks a bit odd and wondered if anyone else’s looked like this soon after surgery but it resolved itself. I know they will change a lot and should remember that but so much easier said than done!

Hi all,
I’m four days postop and have been pain free aside from waking up to a horrific migraine this morning, although I could feel it coming on yesterday but pain meds kept it in check. Pain meds stopped being able to help it though. Anyone else experience this and if so how did you handle it?

A small snack! They may give you toast or something but if there’s anything in particular you like or is comforting, you make wake up starved! Also maybe cough drops or mints, your throat can feel a tad bit sore from breathing tube.

Thank you for the encouragement @stacey! Just noticed the pen marks under my boobs are visible. I actually had my incisions transaxillary (underarm). Wondering if that could be a reason they’ve dropped quickly or wouldn’t need to drop as much (no swelling under the boob from incisions?) not sure.

@emily I’m in the US so my surgeons name might not be a big help to you unless you are too! I’ve attached my results 1 day post opp if you want to see. Scars still have stitches obviously haha but I can send you those as they progress if you are interested
