I am dying to exercise!! Go for a jog ect.. And I’m becoming so impatient..
I’ was 3 weeks post op yesterday, I’m back to my every day duties and sleeping normal now.. Still not lifting anything too heavy.
When do you girls suggest exercise? Or when did you post op ladies start exercising and feeling comfortable with it? X

I got my dressings removed on Tuesday ladies!! They’re doing so well!! I’m over the moon and can’t wait to get measured and go bra shopping when they’re ready!, 😀 I’m adding a cheeky towel pic on here and I’ll put up two other pictures on my page! (I took them Tuesday- 1 week and 1 one day post op)

That asda bra is out of stock (just my luck!) haha .. I think ill do that Amy, I can lift my arms higher and higher each day and I’m a week post op tomorrow ..because My maCom soooooo comfy i think I’m drawn to a front fastening bra now! Xx

Hi girls!
Can anyone recommend where I can a few cheap, but good support bras from please? I have my MaCom but whilst it’s washing and ect I would like to wear another.. I don’t really want to buy another a MaCom if I’m honest xx

I totally understand I feel the exact same, as Ive spent the day in bed today I’ve not been wearing a bra under Neath my comfy clothes and I can not get my head around that they’re going to be biggeg and I’m actually going to have a decent pair on my chest

I am a beauty therapist, I have been offered a date for March 23rd which is a Monday, but i need to be back in work the following Friday, I am able to do light duties in work which means me being sat down for most of my day.. Does anyone think this will be a big risk going back to work after 4 days?
