Most of them say to buy a maternity pillow and a travel pillow to help yu sleep upright.
Also to meal prep
Keep things yu myt need at waist level so yu dont need to stretch to much .
And baby wipes
And to wash yur hair etc the night before yur op cuz yu wont be able to do it for abit..
