Take a pillow with you! If you have a long car journey home then it really helps! Also wear a loose top and make sure it’s zip up as you won’t be able to lift your arms too high x

Don’t know if I am any help but I have just had my surgery 2 days ago and I had 330cc round under. I was a 32a before and I’m a size 6. If you’re worried about looking fake, I’d recommend going under 100%, I’ve attached a photo if this is any help x

I had my surgery yesterday! I didn’t go through MYA but I am a size 6 and weigh the same as you but I’m 5”5. I was a 32a before my surgery and my surgeron said I will be a 32D/C now. I’ve had 330cc under the muscle. I’ll attach pics. They’re very swollen and I have bandages but hopefully you’ll get an idea of sizing
