Hey girls , been told I can’t lift my arms above my chest for 6/8 weeks post op. Just wondering how people who’s had the surgery find putting a top over your head? As I’m back in work 2 weeks post op and have to get changed to and from work .

Been told I have to get 2 clear plastic bags to take to the hospital one empty one to put my clothes in for when I get changed for surgery and one with my clean clothes and sports bra for after surgery. Where is the best place to get these from??

I’m currently a 32 A/b , I weigh 7stone 6 and am about 5ft 3 I am having 375cc ultra high rounded implants, dual plane . Is anyone similar stats and what was your final cup size. I am unsure what my final size will be and what size post op bra to get. I wanted to achieve. DD But I don’t feel like they will be .

Which is the best bra to get post surgery , I have seen MYA do them or m&s do similar for a cheaper price. What type of bra is best to get is there anything in specific I need
