Currently have a 32 e bra on as recently got measured but the bra
Doesn’t seem to fit 100% well I can fit my whole hand under the band at the back and also the bra doesn’t lay flat on my chest does this mean go down a back size to a 30 then up a cup size to a f? Looked online but just wondered if anyone else had a problem similar?

I’m 6 weeks post op tomorrow got measured today turns out I’m a 32 e !! Mega happy. 32 e in la senza ( fav shop) but a 32 e/f in new looks kelly brook range also e In primark. I think my size will change slightly depending on the shop. Went and bought a lovely bra today can’t wait to wear it! 🙂 x

Mine was awful but my dry skins way better now! I just covered myself in bio oil obviously avoiding the incisions that really helped x

I’ve had mine pierced for 8 years had two pregnancies and still love it! Never had problems with infections just make sure u keep it clean. Doesn’t hurt at all!x

So I just measured myself which I know isn’t 100% accurate but a few times of doing it I’m coming out a 32 d when I really wanted to be a dd and told my surgeon this too. You can do lower body exercise and abs. I have just started doing that and then waiting for 6 week post op to do more! I think most people want to tone up In time for summer lol x

Waiting is extremely hard! I waited 5 years before I could have my boobs done but wow it was worth the wait changes your life completely! It’s tough but I guess there’s not a lot you can do other than wait:(. As far as having a boob job on the nhs goes won’t rant about that as everyone’s situation is very different so shouldn’t be judging.x

I still get this now and I’m 3 weeks post op! Usually get it when I’ve been lying down and then get up quickly it’s normal though so wouldn’t worry about it:) everything needs time to heal x

I was told you have to sleep upright for first week which was hell! I ended up with such a painful back then after a week your allowed to sleep flat on back. Tbh everyone seems to be told different so I would say if it’s
Comfier for you to lie on your back then do it:) x

After 2 weeks should be fine I only waited for 1 week as my nurse said was fine to as long as pay your incisions dry afterwards x

Random post but I’ve seen a lot you have had issues with pictures being either sideways or upside down when uploaded( I also had this problem) for me I have worked out after you take the picture use after light or another photo editing app( I have iPhone) then save the photo to camera roll and then use the edited one even though I actually don’t…[Read more]

Everyone’s told different with sleeping it seems so just listen to whatever your nurse advises I guess lol although I’ve been listening to my mum more as she had a ba few years ago and tbh my nurse was being a bit over the top! Dr frati is amazing! I had my ba 17 days ago now so so happy with my new boobs! I was a 32 b before ( saggy horrible boobs from having kids) had 420 cc implants and currently a 32 e but after swellings gone done should be a dd 🙂 x

Yes I had this 12 days post op I was actually curling my hair lol then suddenly got a sharp shooting pain was horrible It went away after a few hours though I just assumed had pulled something so maybe that’s what you have done x

I had alcohol 10 days post op after I finished my antibiotics I would wait until you have finished all medication x

Mine were slightly uneven before the op and at the moment my left is still more swollen and higher than my right but not worried yet as takes a while for your boobs to completely heal and drop and one boob usually
Drops quicker than the other lol x

I havn’t been measured yet but I had 420 cc overs from a b cup to take me to a dd I’m currently 12 days post op wearing a 32 e sports bra x

So far I’m mega happy just waiting for my left boob to catch up as the left ones still more
Swollen than the right lol. Feel amazing apart from back ache still I highly recommend the m&s zip up bras they are so comfy I actually love wearing them! How’s everyone else feeling? x

Ah I see I will say although I was lucky and didn’t have any pain I still needed some help lifting my youngest who’s 15 months and luckily my other is 3 so don’t need to lift him but that’s all I really needed help with. I have 2 young children and have managed to cope just fine! Had some help straight after op but I’m now pretty much back to caring for them by myself you just have to everything differently than you normally would. Are you’re children quite young?x

Thankyou and I’m very happy! Oh that’s good he’s amazing and the drains are really nothing to worry about I was worried too but having those removed is a strange feeling can’t really explain it but doesn’t hurt at all x

I got 2 bras from m&s they zip up they’re sooo comfy! I had strapping but wasn’t told to wear bra until had the strapping off but I think it varies depending on what surgeon you go with x

It doesn’t hurt at all! Only a little sore nearer the sides where drains where( at least was for me ) I actually thought it was a nice feeling getting it off and to get air to my chest haha. And they do just rip it off pretty quickly aswell which I think is better than removing it slowly x
