I think it all depends on the person and the type of procedure you have .. if you go under it’s more uncomfortable in terms of your muscles, I personally couldn’t drive in week 2 cause I struggled getting into gear – Christmas Day will be fine by week 4, I’m totally back to Normal by week 4. I wasn’t in massive amount of pain it’s just very uncomfortable and tight. I would recommend taking ibuprofen and codeine and using an ice pack for the swelling. They’re really high atm which is expected but already liking the results.
I was a 28B and I’m 5”4, 8 stones.. 350 was my largest option cause of my frame and breast tissue etc: but I was fine for those.

I’ve been given the option of 300, 325 and 350cc so maybe you could ask to have three diff options. I’m a small B and my surgeon said for a C/D 300 would be fine but I think it all depends on the person.

That’s great thank you. I’ve just ordered a Macom bra. I’ve just seen the cups mould to size so that’s ideal as I’m not sure what I will be after surgery yet!
I looked at the M and S ones but I’m really unsure on sizing as I don’t know for definite which implants I’m getting etc so Macom seems a better choice..
