Hi girls as I was less an A before I never felt the need for sports bras so am completely lost now! Could anyone recommend some good sports bras for going back to the gym post opp? It’s been 6 months and really want to get back into it but have no idea what’s The best! Xx

Tried water, hot cloth, baby wipes, miceleur water, vaseline and nothing will remove the sticky residue, it’s been there for a couple weeks now and won’t budge any ideas

6dpo and the bloating is horrendous it’s making it hard for anything to fit and is very uncomfortable! I’ve been told it’s the tablets and antibiotics any way of shifting this as it’s dling my head in!

Hi girls I’m 6dpo anyone know if I can now take my socks off because there just irritating me and my check up isn’t until 11dpo. The same with the strap or shall I just loosen it? Has anyone been waking up with bruised teeth in the morning? I feel like this might be from sleeping upright but I’m not sure ?

Thank you girls! today I took my socks off to breath I’m 6 days post opp and I’m sure we can take them off from 7dpo? Also the Macom band around my chest was causing me such back pain so I’ve removed mine for now, is this the same can we remove these after 7 days? I’m 4DPO and am feeling better today than yesterday however my chest is still so tight and I just want to take off my strap and loosen the bra, anyone else does this and it’s helped? Also I get a shooting stinging pain from time to time in alternate boobs and have just got a feeling of almost water or something running down my boob?

Having the opp next week and looking at post opp bras can anyone suggest what bra siZe I will be? Also can someone refresh my memory what I’ll need for the day! Panicking! Bras pyjamas scar oil pillows etc.

They all look so good!! Went again today and have asked for 350 and 325 to be ordered so I’m just deciding! Did anyone hve dual plane if so how was the recovery as he said this would be longer? Xx

I’ve been offered 300/325/350 however I don’t want them to be small and be disappointed in currently a 34a, 5,6 and around 9,11.
Can anyone help with any photos with similiar stats?
