I’m 5 weeks post op now and gagging to get back in the gym can anyone let me know when it’s best to go back or what the actual damage is by going to the gym now?

So I’ve had my cast off a couple of days now and I’m over the moon with my results considering I’m still very swollen I can’t wait for it to only get better with time.
For anyone who’s unsure my only mistake is not doing it sooner!
