@rachael_o_ M&S bra’s are the best ones I think. I only got an uplift but I found them a bit tight aswell at first, I had to get a smaller size after about 2 weeks cos my swelling had gone down so much. They’re defs the most comfortable though! Happy healing! <3 xx

@danielle me neither! Today I’ve felt as if my swelling has gone down cos my bra doesn’t feel as tight. I don’t know whether I’m just so used to having the strapping, so I don’t feel as supported with it off if that makes sense? Dunno whether I should downsize in my m&s bra now for additional support, or whether it’s all in my head lol xx

Thank you! Yeah still feeling tender, when she changed my dressing I had a scab that went onto my nipple and it came off with the strapping (ouch), so there’s a little bit blood there. Will keep you updated! Xx

Right so originally my strapping was supposed to come off tomorrow, but due to an error at the clinic I got it took off today. Such relief!! They still look huge don’t they?? Mr Traynor said he was going to remove some breast tissue aswell so these must just still be swollen. I think I need a day of just sitting with the ice packs on! Mine look scary at the min. Apparently I bled quite a bit during surgery. My plasters are quite bloody still, and my left boob is dropping slightly, but I don’t know if the strapping is making a difference. It’s itchy as hell which is a nightmare. I’m all done too! I had just an uplift so I’m overnight. Really shocked at how little pain I have. I’ve seen people on here say day 3/4 the pain comes in from nowhere. So far so good though! Happy healing! Xx

Ah yes I will thank you! Good idea about limiting the booze, I’m not much of a drinker anyway but that’s good advice. I’m definitely gonna wear my surgery bra, I bought the macom ibra last night after hearing good reviews. Thanks again! Xx
