Yes I used the Asda ones straight away. Have you got the pack of 2 front fastening ones? I found that the white one was slightly bigger than the black on my shoulders. So I bought 2 packs as you will wear them 24hours a day for a few weeks x

I’m 4 weeks post op from BA and tummy tuck. Had all dressings removed on Friday and was feeling great. However yesterday around my belly button started feeling tender again. Mainly if I use my stomach muscles. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar?

I will be 2 weeks post op on Tuesday too!! I had overs 325 and a tummy tuck at the same time….., delighted with the results too and enjoying feeling a bit more normal each day 🤩xx
