Definitely the shock absorber ultimate run bra, but you need another over it. I use Victoria’s Secret angel max, or marks and Spencer’s high impact front zip,sports bra on the top. Trust me, they won’t move. I’m a runner and can’t cope with them, bouncing about: and worry about them drooping. Hope this helps xxx

I’m 8 weeks post op and would recommend you wear your breast band for as long as your surgeon recommends. As for wearing leggings and bending over I can assure you that you will be fine!

I’m vegan and they made sure they had soya margarine in for me to put on my toast! They even put it in a specially marked container. They are so accommodating so don’t worry, you will be very well looked after xxx

I ve been good thank you Francesca. A bit sore on the sides of my boobs and my nipples have been sooooo sore! I am so pleased with my new boobs though. They need to drop and fluff, but I look at them and I can’t believe they are mine!

Mr Traynor was my surgeon and would highly recommend him. He is honest about your expectations, gives excellent advice about caring for you new boobs and I wasn’t afraid to ask him anything. He can be very straight to the point, but surely that’s what we want when considering cosmetic surgery.

Hi Rosie,
Unfortunately yes false nails need to come off and so does gel or polish on toes. It’s so the anaesthetist can check your oxygen levels. I had Mr Traynor and would highly recommend him. He is honest and straight to the point. If your expectations are realistic he will be able to give you exactly what you want. I hope this helps xx

Mr Traynor was my surgeon too and yes he is very straight to the point and honest but i have been 100 % happy with him. In fact I went to him on several recommendations.

If you do a lot of gym work and run a lot is it better to have unders to keep your new boobs in place? I am having overs two weeks today and it does worry me that even though I will be wearing the best sports bras I can find when I am able to exercise, that they will eventually go saggy because of the movement .

When I tried them on in the bra the 400’s felt massive, After seeing yours I’m tempted to go with the 400’s though!
