Okay so you dont always keep the gap. I though you did but i went from a 5cm gap to about 1 cm with 450cc overs. Unders wont normally close the gap x

Hello. I was an empty 32c but more for the width of the cup not volume. Babies sucked the life out of them lol. Had 450cc hp overs 2 weeks ago and filling a 34e sports bra atm

Pregnancy changes your boobs, regardless of breastfeeding or not, some people’s genetics allow them to return to prepregnancy size/shape with very little loss of volume, others will be noticeabley different. The bigger/heavier they are the more likely to sag but that goes for natural breasts too.

I am due to have overs, my surgeon only does unders when necessary. He said there isn’t much difference in the look if you have enough tissue to cover the implant 🙂 Unders is a much more intrusive operation with longer and more uncomfortable recovery (usually) trust your surgeons suggestion. hello, I have similar stats. 5’7 athletic size 10. Breastfed both my children, 1 9 months 1 till 13 months. I have decided on 450 hp overs (i think) and have surgery booked for Nov 20th (would have loved sooner but you have to leave it 6 months after feeding so the milk glands settle)

It depends a bit on overs/unders. Overs should behave like normal breast tissue so will fall to the sides slightly. Unders wont (or so I’ve been told) Yours look fine in my opinion x

I’m having my op on the 20th November. Currently a very empty 32c after loosing weight and breastfeeding. I’m having 450cc hp. I could go bigger but not much smaller as i have a bwd of 13 and I think 450 will get me a dd/e thats quite big enough for me. I’m am athletic 10stone and 5’7. I would think 400 would be a nice size on you x

If you like the rounded top then overs would best give this look. As long as you have enough tissue to cover then your surgeon should be okay with this. Recovery is usually longer and harder for unders as its a more intrusive operation but everyone is different.

i’ve been recommended mod plus overs, but so few people have them its hard to find pictures, thank you for sharing! i’ve got wide boobs for my frame apparently so would need 500cc to fit my natural width if i went HP and dont want to go that big. Looking at 400-450cc now. what are you stats? xx
