Hi I vaped 6mg too before my surgery.. I cut down to 3mg for a few weeks then on to zero. What I did was buy “cold shots” so you still feel like your getting a hit at the back of your throat. I also bought nicotine testing strips off ebay to keep checking for myself xx

Depends on the surgeon! Don’t risk it! They do test, but not every single person. If they test and it’s positive they will cancel your surgery.

I was the same Claire, I had them changed one week post op she put waterproof ones on.. Had to leave them on for 4 days then got told to remove them myself in the shower (which I did) I ended up passing out! So be careful if you do the same.. I’m not normally squeamish I think I over heated in a hot shower which felt like luxury! X

I’m the same stats, had 375cc overs.. If I’d gone under muscle I would of had 400cc. I’m measuring an E at the mo glad I didn’t have 400c x

I think it’s a bit of a myth that overs look fake and stuck on… After seeing probably hundreds of boob photos over the past 3 months or so It would be nearly impossible to point out which ones are unders and which ones are overs! I’ve had it too! About a week post op it was really bad for a few days saw my nurse and she said its normal, just liquid from the op between the implant and your body and your body will absorb it. And it did xx

Hi Alexandra! I had 375cc overs with Dr. Mounir 3 weeks ago! I had a choice of 375/400 too and Dr. Mounir chose 375 on the day of surgery. I’ve got a BA Instagram account if you want to follow its Myagirl.8.4.19. Im one of the few who is happy I didn’t get the biggest as my breasts are much bigger than I thought! X

Having a shower is much easier if you have one! Take the shower head down and wash lower half.. It’s possible to wash your hair too without getting incisions wet. Flip your head forward.. Hi Chelsea at your first consultation there is an option to pay a deposit to reserve a certain date if that’s what you are thinking about doing. Take your time and think about your options, research your surgeons etc.. It is possible to get surgery sorted quickly xx

I don’t get the “you can’t shower for 2 weeks” thing! I showered from 1dpo.. Take the shower head down from the holder and wash your lower half. Wash armpits/near boobs with a flannel and wash mousse or wipes. Flip hair forward and wash! No water goes anywhere near incisions! Hope this helps x

Hiya, the squelching/water running feeling is totally normal! Everytime I raised my left arm I squelched at about 5 days post op! It’s liquid from the op (saline solution etc) and your body will absorb it.. Mine went about 3 days later xx

Cheapest is not always best! Make sure whoever you go with it includes free aftercare, free revision etc, free consultations. .do they have a 24hr helpline number too? Do your research ladies on company’s and the actual surgeons, don’t let a price sway you this is your body you’re messing with xx

Lyndsey if it helps I’ve had 3 kids too and had a BA for the same reason, I was really flat at the top! I’ve had overs and they are so round and full.. I’m glad I didn’t have bigger, I’m kind of willing them to go down a bit more but its still early days I’m a week post op xx

I waited until after I’d had kids. I didn’t even consider a BA until after I’d had my youngest as everytime I fell pregnant my breasts looked great anyway. It was what I was left with after I’d finished having kids that I wanted to change.

I’m going to sunbathe topless, buy a plunge neck top, and I’m sooo excited that Ill need size 8 bikini bottoms but probably a size 14 top haha little things in life eh! Roll on Monday!
