Think it’s perfectly normal, especially if you’re having any trouble sleeping sitting up. Did you have unders ‘cos that is bound to make your chest feel tight. (I had overs so not sure) Make sure you take all your pain meds if you are having trouble because you’ll need all the rest you can get.
