Hey girls I’m just over 4 weeks post op, feel completely fine and what with this nice weather in the uk was wondering if it okay to sunbathe as long as I have my sports bra and a top on protecting my implants?

Hey I was 32b and had 300cc which they thought would take me to a D. I haven’t been measured yet but I’m really happy with them, my advice is go as big as they’ll let you out of the sizes they give you as options xx

I would suggest 225cc to 250cc because you’re a really small frame implants will look bigger on you x

I have that sometimes after making a sudden movement like a pinging feeling? I was told it’s normal and it’s the bonds forming around your implants but not sure why it’s worse after exercise and movement x maybe try a more supportive sports bra

I’m petite and had 300cc I’d go the biggest they’ll give you, mine look amazing but was offered 325cc and wish I’d gone for this as I think I’d of got a fuller d. 25cc does not make a lot of difference though apparantly x

Hey I had 300cc and was a 32b before not sure what size I’ll be now as was only about 2 weeks ago. In hindsight I wish I’d gone 350cc for a bit of a fuller look xx

Hmm I’m not sure Natalie I’ll send a picture of mine and tell me if you think they’re similar to what you’re talking about? My right incisions do keep having bits of pain too this is normal your body’s been through a lot if you think about it xx

Hannah they look good but they do look a lot more sore then mine do or did if you get me, quite bruised? Keep using Ive packs, you can get round ones on amazon or just anything in your freezer might help the pain?
It will be painful too get up for a couple of days but that’s normal and will get better 😘

To be honest from right after my operation I got up and walked around on my own as someone advised me to try and stay as self sufficient as possible so your body doesn’t tense up and get more stiff so I’ve done that since the start and do think it’s worked for me! Hey hun the day after Is usually the worst and gets better from there. Are you using ice packs and taking your medication? I had my op on Friday (20th) and I’m only slightly uncomfortable with a little bit of manageable pain now and then.

I would take V pillow like you said, a blanket and or dressing gown. A loose zip up sweatshirt, Vaseline/lip salve, scrunchy hair band, ear phones or mags in case you have a long wait and comfy shoes like uggs or sliders when you leave!

Wow I think they look amazing but I see what you mean they are big on your frame! If I were you I would stop wearing your post op bra as yes I think they might drop a bit x
