I had 325hp partials and I am now a 30f/30ff or 32e (depending on the brand). I used to be a 32b, I think 300hp should take you to around 30 dd/e.

I can relate to that pain haha! I am 9 DPO and I do still feel pressure and like my skin is stretching but no more pain. The first few days can be tough and you need to be patient and trust that it will get better (because it will).
